Chambord Champagne Cocktail

Chambord champagne cocktail is the perfect celebratory adult beverage for your brunch or special occasion! It consists of a dry bubbly champagne of your choice, a splash of lemonade with a Chambord simple syrup.

Hints of blackberries and raspberries bring a whole new dimension to a bottle of bubbly! And the best news is, you can make this in an individual glass or make a pitcher of the mix and allow your guests to make their own cocktails.

  • Champagne – much like a mimosa or Kir Royale, this Chambord cocktail recipe also uses a dry sparkling wine. I prefer to use a high-quality brut champange or prosecco (both are sparkling wines, so either one will work)
  • Chambord liqueur– this premium black raspberry liqueur is what makes this cocktail sing!  Chambord is a French liqueur enfused with raspberries, blackberries and black currants
  • Lemonade – a pre-made lemonade works great. I use the “Simply Lemonade” brand.
  • Simple syrup – you’ll need a cup of granulated sugar and a cup of water

This is an overview. For exact ingredient measurements, see the recipe card below.

  • Make the simple syrup first. In a saucepan on medium heat, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar is fully dissolved, then add the black raspberry flavored liqueur, give it a stir and let it cool
  • Pour the lemonade into a 32-ounce pitcher, add some of the Chambord simple syrup and stir
  • Fill your champagne flute halfway with the lemonade/Chambord mixture then top it off with bubbly dry champagne
  • Garnish with fresh raspberry and a blackberry and enjoy this elegant champagne cocktail
  • If you’re serving Chambord champagne cocktail for a crowd, I recommend pouring the lemonade and Chambord simple syrup into a pitcher and let your guests serve themselves.
  • Most likely, you won’t use all the simple syrup. Store leftover Chambord simple syrup in an airtight container or jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  • For a non-alcohol version (mocktail), substitute sparkling water or a lemon-lime soda for the champagne.

Champagne and Chambord make a perfectly refreshing and elegant cocktail!
