In a small mixing bowl, combine seasoning ingredients
½ cup Lawry's Seasoned Salt, ¼ cup garlic powder, 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
Sprinkle ½ - 1 teaspoon on one side of each burger patty; gently pat mix into meat then grill (See recipe notes below)
Store remaining seasoning mix in a jar with a tight lid in a dry area for up to 6 months.
Notes
Lawry's Seasoned Salt is relatively salty so, if you don't care for a lot of salt, put the seasoning mix only on one side of the hamburger patty and use the seasoning sparingly (1/2 - 1 teaspoon per patty)The recipe as written yields 3/4 cup of seasoning which equates to about 36 teaspoons of seasoning mix.
