Drain the pineapple; bring cream cheese to room temperature
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; cover and chill for 10 minutes
Serve with chips, crackers, bagels, pancakes or muffins

Due to the lack of preservatives and additives, this homemade version does not have a long shelf life like the original version, so keep it refrigerated for up to 5-7 days.I used Dole brand pineapple tidbits packed in "100% pineapple juice with no sugar added."
