Notes
For best results, use a high-quality, well aged Spanish Manchego cheese. Murray's makes a delicious Manchego. The more aged, the more flavor. Add the lemon juice in ½ teaspoon incrementsIf you want a thick salad dressing, use half the amount of buttermilk.
