Ingredients
Meatloaf

lbs.
ground beef
3/4
cup
yellow onion
chopped
3/4
cup
green bell pepper
chopped
1 1/2
cups
bread crumbs

whole
eggs

tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce
1
tablespoon
mustard
dried
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
2
cups
ketchup
3
tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2
tablespoons
brown sugar
1
tablespoon
dried mustard
1
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Meatloaf
Preheat oven to 375°
Combine all ingredients into big bowl; with clean hands, mix ingredients until combined
Place beef mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet
Shape meat into rectangular loaf
Bake for 45 minutes, or until meat has reached 150° internal temperature
Remove from oven; add generous amount of sauce on top
Return meat to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until beef has reached an internal temperature of 165°
Allow meatloaf to rest under tented foil for 5 minutes
Slice and serve
Sauce
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl
Pour ample amount over meatloaf
Heat additional sauce either covered in microwave, or on the stove top to thoroughly dissolve the brown sugar
