Chop roasted red peppers to measure ½ cup; set aside

Cook the Gnocchi
Bring water, salt and a clove of garlic to a rolling bowl; add gnocchi; cook 2-3 minutes (when it floats to the top it's done); remove with a strainer and place in large bowl; (discard clove of garlic)
