Egg Yolks Sugar Heavy Cream Lavender Syrup

In a saucepan, combine egg yolks and sugar; cook till sugar dissolves Add lavender syrup

Lavender Syrup

Temper egg yolks and remaining sugar with hot custard liquid

Pour hot custard into shallow ramekin

Pour hot custard into shallow ramekin; place ramekin in hot water bath

Bake 40 mins Remove from oven and allow to cool Top with sugar Use kitchen torch to caramelize sugar
