Notes
If you want to pick out "pretty" and "large" mushrooms, buy more than you need. Typically, a pound of mushrooms has a few big ones and more little ones. You can use plain sausage if you like. The sage seasoned sausage does give it a nice flavor, though. If you want sage flavored sausage, but can't find it, add 1/4 teaspoon of sage to the mushroom filling.Don't forget to chop the golden raisins!
