Ingredients

mayonnaise

sweet pickle relish

onion
, fresh and minced fine

white distilled vinegar

Instructions
If using sweet or dill relish, place it on a paper towel and squeeze excess liquid/juice
Combine all ingredients in bowl
Allow for tartar sauce to rest about 5 minutes before serving
Notes
Substitute dill relish for sweet if you prefer a more tangy tartar sauce
If you use relish, squeeze out the liquid in a paper towel before incorporating into the sauce
If you don't have vinegar, use lemon juice
