Instructions
In a large bowl, combine sauce ingredients; set aside
1 cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, ½-1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper
Shred leftover smoked chicken or turkey; then dice into smaller portions
1½ -2 lbs. smoked turkey or chicken (see Recipe Notes: Smoke)
Add onion, celery, grapes and meat to sauce; combine well

Add sliced almonds; cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

Serving:This delicious smoked salad can be served cold or warm! To warm, simply place in microwave for a minute or so, or re-heat in a flat-bottomed skillet on the stove top.Smoke:Don't have smoked turkey or chicken leftovers but want that smoky flavor?
