Ingredients

large
ripe avocados
juice from 2 limes
2
tablespoons
red onion
diced
1/2
large
jalapeno
diced
2
tablespoons
tomato
seeded, diced
1
tablespoon
cilantro
chopped
garlic powder
(optional); to taste
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Slice tomato in half and remove seeds; chop tomato into fine pieces; place in large bowl
Add finely diced red onion to bowl
Slice avocados lengthwise and add to bowl
Use a fork to rough chop the avocado into small chunks while combining the tomato and onion
Add lime juice; combine
Taste for salt and pepper and garlic powder; adjust seasons accordingly
