Prepare acai berry mix according to directions and refrigerate
Toast Coconut: In a dry skillet, on medium heat, add coconut. Heat until coconut visibly browns and you can smell it. (About 2 minutes) Do Not Leave Coconut Unattended
Place frozen acai in bowl; layer with yogurt, drizzle agave nectar over yogurt; add granola, bananas, berries and top with toasted coconut.
Notes
Get a jump start on breakfast by preparing the acai puree the night before! The next morning, simply scoop into a chilled container and layer with fruits and berries of your choice!
