Instructions
Bring cream cheese to room temperature
4 oz. cream cheese
Pour cheese crumbles onto cutting board and break apart into smaller piece with the back of a fork or sharp knife; set aside
Combine all ingredients into medium bowl
½ cup mayonnaise, ⅓ cup buttermilk, ¾ cup bleu cheese crumbles, 2 teaspoons onion powder
Cover and chill for 10-minutes before serving
Taste dip: add any of the following to taste: a pinch of garlic powder, lemon juice, white vinegar or Worcestershire sauce

You can substitute Gorgonzola in this recipe
After the dip has rested for a few minutes in the fridge, taste it and see if you want to add anything to it: for more tang, add a smidgen of lemon juice or white vinegar, want a little heat? Add a splash of Louisiana Hot Pepper sauce! Want it thinner? Add a little more buttermilk.
