Great Alternative to Sweet Potatoes

 Carrots butter  sugar  Apple Pie Spice  vanilla extract maple syrup flour whole large eggs salt

Boil & Puree Carrots in Food Processor

Add butter, sugar, apple pie spice, vanilla extract, maple syrup, eggs, salt and flour; pulse till smooth

Add Pecan topping and bake

Allow to cool and serve

Add Beef Broth
