Two Ingredient Fruit Dip
Sweet and creamy two-ingredient fruit dip guarantees to please! This deliciously simple dip pairs well with seasonal fruit, a sip of champagne and an outdoor brunch!
This fruit dip recipe isn’t really a “recipe” per se, but it’s been around forever because it’s quick, easy and so yummy with any type of fruit. Start with marshmallow cream and add sour cream. The marshmallow cream provides fluff and sweetness and the sour cream provides a thin consistency and a slight tangy flavor–together, this combination results in pure fruit-dip-heaven!
The beauty of this all-occasion fruit dip is its versatility–you can make it as sweet or tangy as you like! No need to heat up the stove. Simply whisk the two ingredients together with a hand mixer, cover and chill for 10 minutes prior to serving.
I like to serve this with fresh berries–strawberries, blackberries or blueberries and cantaloupe. It also goes well with honeydew and watermelon. Make a side of this two-ingredient fruit dip and serve it over waffles, pancakes or scones!
- 1 cup marshmallow creme
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- Combine both ingredients in a bowl
- Mix with hand mixer until smooth
